Nick was phenomenal. He got to my car super fast in the freezing cold. He was able to help get my car started and even though he was busy as can be, he spent as much time with us as needed. 10/10 recommend this company!!

After arriving in town, we had an odd situation occur that caused our tire to blow. We called Nick at Raptor at 730 at night. He was so friendly and helpful, arrived quickly, and helped our family get the spare sorted. He even followed us to QT to get air, which was broken. He found another close QT and offered to follow us to that one too! He made sure to give us a recommendation for a place to get a new tire the next day that was close to where we were located…so grateful to have his kindness and help in a stressful situation! Highly recommend!

My minivan had a flat on a busy highway and about 20 min from my house. Nick got there promptly and within his ETA and towed my van to my preferred location at a great price. Nick is very professional and made me feel at ease in a stressful situation! I would definitely recommend!!!!!

I called and a young man name Nick was very polite, on time and well I must say the service was more than over and beyond. Nick not only took the time to see why my car wasn’t turning over he showed me that it is still good customer service out here.
